Der ADSL-Router P-660H ist mit einer Stateful-Packet-Inspection-Firewall ausgerüstet und bietet somit beste Sicherheit vor Hacker-Attacken. Da die Konfiguration des Bandbreiten-Management für den durchschnittlichen Anwender oft zu komplex ist, bietet Media-Bandwidth-Management der P-660H eine vereinfachte Integration dieser Funktionen. Mit ein paar Mausklicks lassen sich die typischen Applikationen wie Mail, WWW, FTP oder VoIP nach den Prioritäten hoch, mittel oder tief einstufen. Mit Zero-Configuration wird die Installation des ADSL-Routers zum Kinderspiel. Bei der Erstinstallation des Routers wird im Browser über ein Web-Redirect automatisch das Web-GUI des P-660H angezeigt.
